Who is eligible for the 15% token bonus?
The 15% bonus only applies to Agoras holders with Omni based tokens, who did not move their tokens since August 1, 2017. There are two scenarios:
- Holders who locked their tokens during the pre-sale: If your tokens have been locked (there are ~10 million locked tokens held by IDNI), you have already received the 15% discount, in the form of a discount on the pre-sale price.
- Holders who did not lock their tokens during the pre-sale: If you decided not to lock your Omni-based AGRS tokens but did not move them since August 1st, 2017, you are entitled to a 15% bonus to be distributed once the Tau platform is ready. Make sure not to swap your existing tokens to ERC-20, as it will be considered as relinquishing your bonus rights.
Note that both the Omni and ERC-20 AGRS are an intermediary token for the Agoras Coin. The intermediary tokens therefore need to be swapped to mainnet AGRS when the Tau platform is ready.
When do I receive my 15% token bonus?
If you have locked your tokens during the pre-sale through IDNI, your 15% bonus has already been accounted for in your allocation.
If you haven’t locked your tokens through IDNI during the pre-sale but instead haven’t moved your tokens since August 1st, 2017, you will receive the bonus once the Tau platform is ready.

I have locked my tokens through IDNI during the pre-sale, what do I need to do to receive my 15% token bonus?
Nothing. Your tokens will be transitioned to the mainnet AGRS upon completion of the Tau platform. You already received the 15% bonus, in the form of a discount on the pre-sale price.
I bought my AGRS from an exchange and held them for years. Am I eligible for the 15% bonus?
If you bought from an exchange and haven’t moved your AGRS since August 1st, 2017, you will be eligible for the bonus. The bonus will be given once the Tau platform is ready in case they weren’t held in the exchange..
When can I expect to access my locked AGRS from the pre-sale?
AGRS are meant to be unlocked when the final platform is ready. At that stage, you will receive the mainnet Agoras Coin and not the intermediary ERC-20 token.
